2001
Consileon is founded in Karlsruhe, Germany, by seven consultants lead by managing partner Joachim Schü. The company works profitably from day one.
2002–03
Consileon opens its Swiss subsidiary. Total workforce soars to 45, the number of clients exceeds 20.
2004
Opening of the company’s Frankfurt office.
2005
Consileon establishes its Frankfurt branch as a subsidiary, and founds Consileon Polska as the group’s IT service division.
2004–05
Consileon employs 65 staff and attends to a regular clientele of almost 40 renowned banks, insurance companies, retailers, consumer goods manufacturers, car makers and suppliers.
2006–07
Opening of Consileon’s Kiev subsidiary. Expansion into further markets and industries. The number of employees grows to 100, among them more than 80 consultants.
2008
Establishment of Consileon Automotive.
