How can I make a difference at Consileon?
Our organization is as dynamic as our project work. Nothing is set in stone – which gives you more freedom to bring in new ideas. Since we confide in our employees’ professional awareness, we only need a handful of rules to play by.
Who will introduce me to my work?
Whenever possible, we team up junior consultants with senior colleagues on our projects. As a result, both your line manager and the company’s know-how are always available to you.
What will I learn at Consileon?
As we deal with multiple industries and technical solutions, you will gain insight into a wide range of subjects, business issues and methods. Academia can only teach you part of what it takes to work as a consultant. We provide the rest by systematically training our staff.
What else should I know about working at Consileon?
Since we aim to achieve what is best for our clients, we demand a lot from our staff. We work hard, continually broadening our horizon. To us, a nine-to-five schedule constitutes an exception rather than the rule. We know, however, how important it is to strike the right balance between our professional and private lives. Without regular recreation, our employees would be unable to keep up their high performance.
How can I apply?
Ideally, you should contact us three months before you would like to join Consileon. You can send your application either by post or electronically. If you opt for the latter, please bundle all your documents into an attachment (ZIP or PDF) rather than write your application into the e-mail body. We promise to reply as quickly as possible.
What should my application include?
Your application should consist of the following items:
- a cover letter in which you briefly introduce yourself and state your motives
- your curriculum vitae in tabular form
- proof of your academic record (A levels, intermediate exams, degrees)
- evidence of practical training
- job references
